hi i recently had a court fine and missed 2 payments and dont have all the money for the balifs what next?

hi i owed £25.00 and the court sent me a letter of default and when called the baliffs they told me to pay all £500.00 in 28 days which i cant do, my arangment with the courts was 10.00 pw, can the baliffs come into my house when i am not there and take my goods i am not refusing to pay but would like to pay instalments but the baliffs are unreasnoble and want it all within 28 days. thank you

seek professional advise but they can not enter property if your not at home and they can only take certain goods

Unless you put up property as collateral, nothing is going to be seized. You'll probably get another fine. (go figure).
