Question:
Things for a young couple to do in London for 3 days?

Myself and my boyfriend are visiting London in mid June for 3 or 4 days, staying near Euston. We are aged 20 and 27.

I have been several times before so have seen the big attractions such as Big Ben, London Eye, Tate, Houses of Parliament etc, however my boyfriend has never been.

What attractions are there, and things to do (other than the big obvious ones) to visit on our trip? Surely theres lots of fun things that aren't all historical / building / museum and gallery orientated... to fill up our 3 days there. Preferably ones that don't cost the earth either.

Also does anybody know of any good live music bars in central london?

thanks

To begin with, Paris is a generally safe city and there is almost no violent crime in areas frequented by tourists. The overall crime rate is considerably lower than in London. The poor, a substantial number of whom are Muslims of North African origin, reside in the banlieues (the "suburbs") in vast, grim, housing blocks and these areas should be avoided at all costs. There is nothing there of any interest to a tourist in any case so avoiding these areas is easy. There are two very large parks on the east and west borders of the city, the Bois de Boulogne and the Bois de Vincennes. Neither is a good place to take a walk late at night. The Bois de Boulogne, located along the western edge of the 16ème arrondissement, in particular is one of Paris' most prominent red-light districts. The area around the Place Pigalle just below the Montmartre hill and the rue St. Denis close by the Centre Pompidou are also rife with prostitutes and sex clubs and both can therefore be a bit dicey for a single female at night. Both areas however are also fairly well trafficked and the danger is more apparent than real. The principle danger is from purse snatchers and pickpockets. Buy yourself a money belt if you con't already own one and keep your passport, airline ticket, credit cards, TC's and cash there.

I'm making good profit with penny stock. Check here http://trade-pennystock.checkhere.info

Many new investors are lured to the appeal of a penny stock due to the low price and potential for rapid growth which may be as high as several hundred percent in a few days. Similarly, severe loss can occur and many penny stocks lose all of their value in the long term. Accordingly, the SEC warns that penny stocks are high risk investments and new investors should be aware of the risks involved but you can even make very big money. These risks include limited liquidity, lack of financial reporting, and fraud. A penny stock is a common stock that trades for less than $5 a share. While penny stocks generally are quoted over-the-counter, such as on the OTC Bulletin Board or in the Pink Sheets, they may also trade on securities exchanges, including foreign securities exchanges. In addition, penny stocks include the securities of certain private companies with no active trading market. Although a penny stock is said to be "thinly traded," share volumes traded daily can be in the hundreds of millions for a sub-penny stock. Legitimate information on penny stock companies can be difficult to find and a stock can be easily manipulated.

Try: Tate Modern (fantastic for people who like art & it's free), Go along some of the posh streets (might enjoy looking at the cars and you might enjoy going into the shops, you don't have to buy anything), Houses of Parliament (breath taking on the inside), Natural History Museum (Free & it has something for everyone). There is a lot of free things in London. Perhaps you could visit Westfield Shopping Centre (new, stunning things inside & free to go in and you don't have to buy anything).

you could see a west end show? you can get tickets from the half price ticket booth in leicester square for all the big shows if you dont want to spend the £50 it would usually cost.

shakespeare's globe is worth a visit too, you can take a tour of it for about £10, or go see a play, standing is £5.

have a good trip!
